Chronic painIf you have consulted your GP and they have ruled out many of the common causes of pain, you may want to consider some alternatives which can be easily tested for. Do you have pain in a particular part of the body?Constant Headaches and migraine can commonly be triggered by food intolerance but could also be a sign of anaemia or Candida yeast overgrowth. Leg pain or cramps could also be a sign of anaemia. Stomach or abdomen pain is common to a large range of conditions but can include Coeliac disease or a stomach ulcer as well as food allergy or Candida Albicans. If you suffer from painful swollen joints due to inflammatory arthritis, it could be worsened due to food intolerance caused by the drugs used to treat the inflammation. Rather than stop the drugs, it could help to identify and eliminate the foods you are sensitive to and re-balance your diet with the help of a dietician. If your pain is muscular but you have not physically strained yourself, then it is possible you could have a problem with Candida Albicans or your Thyroid. |
