Skin Problems
Whilst not normally considered serious, if you have a skin
problem, it can be uncomfortable and embarrassing. There are a
number of conditions that can lead to more serious problems so
please don't be afraid to check it out with your GP if you are
concerned.
Coming out in skin spots or skin hives very rapidly upon
eating a certain food is a classic symptom of
food allergy.
Whilst this can be viewed just as uncomfortable, it should not be
underestimated as repeated attacks can increase the severity of the
body's immune reaction.
Irritated or dry, itchy skin can be extremely
uncomfortable and can indicate a
food intolerance
or especially a Candida
yeast overgrowth if suspected to be a fungal infection in the
skin folds, for example under the arms or in the groin.
