Chronic Fatigue
General and chronic fatigue can have a devastating impact on your life,
affecting your job, your relationships and make day to day living
tough. If your GP has not been able to pinpoint an underlying
cause of tiredness, you may want to consider some simple
alternatives to test for:
Constant or extreme tiredness without reason can be
a symptom of a wide range of conditions but is often identified as a
problem for people who have
Coeliac disease, a
thyroid condition,
Candida Albicans
and especially
Pernicious Anaemia.
Chronic insomnia or sleeplessness causing tiredness
can sometimes be due to a
food intolerance.
Acute or chronic anxiety and depression can
also be linked with
thyroid problems or sometimes a
food intolerance
and mood swings a sign of a
Candida
