Dietician Services

When you screen positive for food intolerances (or other health conditions that need specialist diet therapy) who should you ask: dietician or nutritionist?

The difference between a dietician and a nutritionist.

Only a dietician can create a special menu that takes into account your dietary needs and level of activity, and use that diet to treat your symptoms.

Our dietician services

Hazel Ross and Jan Masson both hold a Bsc(hons) in Nutrition and Dietetics and are state registered dieticians.

Using the results of our tests they can work with you to create a personalised eating plan.  Appointments are available in several locations in the Highland area, chiefly in the Inverness area.  It is also possible to have a home appointment where you can be tested for food intolerances in one hour and immediately followed up by a consultation with a dietician. We also offer:

  • Cooking advice consultations
  • Remote support by telephone and email

To find out more about our services call Dr. Richard Day on 01349 877848.

Lines are open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
