Product Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 working day of being received. 

In all cases (especially delivery to off-shore postcodes ) allow up to 14 days for delivery, after which please contact us and we will take up the matter with the courier.

We charge a flat rate of £4 to cover handling, dispatch and insurance.

Occasionally some items sell out rapidly. If your item is unavailable, we will contact you and offer a full refund or will complete the order as soon as the item returns to stock.  Items return to stock within 2-3 days.

Confidentiality & Junk Mail Policy

All your details are kept confidential and are only used for the purposes of completing your order.  None of your details are held on computer and any printouts are shredded after 1 month of your last order.
